Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed.
If your order is cancelled within this time frame, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After 6 hours, your order is automatically processed and registered in our fulfillment system. Once this happens, the order can no longer be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return once the item is delivered.

 


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are shipped with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Note;The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

 


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method

Processing time depends on your bank or card provider
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund.
If an order is refused at delivery or not claimed and returned to the sender, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered.


Please note; Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an order is processed and fulfilled based on the shipping details submitted by the customer, and delivery issues arise due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds are not available for digital products or downloadable items.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Digital products and downloadable items (such as digital guides, e-books, programs, or other non-physical content) and gift cards are not eligible for return.

We will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
